About Us

Providing a safe shooting facility for the youngsters in the Tillman County area was a dream that Greg and Chris Petty realized through hard work and dedication. Everything you see at Tillman County Shooting Sports was built by the Petty family and their friends.

The range also offers a women’s shooting program and has hosted numerous events and courses since it opened in 2003. Most importantly, it has met the community need for a providing a safe place for people of all ages to practice shooting. It was recognized for attracting 4-H and FFA youngsters to the sport of shooting and named the 2004 winner of the Small Shooting Range Development Award sponsored by Beretta USA.

Tillman County Shooting Sports continues to grow, and the Petty family is proud of what it has built: a safe, fun place for families to spend time together.
